How does the QR medallion system work?
Our system is simple and effective: each medallion features a unique QR code linked to your pet’s profile on our platform. If your pet gets lost, the person who finds them can scan the code with their smartphone (no special app required) to instantly access your contact details and essential information about your pet. You also receive a real-time notification with your companion’s location, allowing you to recover them quickly.
What’s the difference between your QR medallions and a microchip?
The two systems complement each other but serve different purposes:
  • A microchip is mandatory and implanted under the pet’s skin. It requires a specific reader (available at vets or shelters) to be scanned and doesn’t send notifications.
  • Our QR medallion is visible and can be scanned by anyone with a smartphone, no app needed. It allows you to receive an instant notification with your pet’s GPS location when found, greatly increasing your chances of a quick recovery.
The QR medallion is thus an ideal complement to a microchip, offering immediate responsiveness when your pet goes missing.
What are the different packages you offer and their benefits?
We offer three packages tailored to your needs:
  • Little Paws (25.95€ one-time): The essential package includes the medallion purchase, 1 contact person, a basic pet profile (4 photos, 1 video, allergies), notifications and geolocation upon scanning, plus free installation and activation.
  • Loyal Companion (4.99€/month, 12.00€/year savings): An advanced package with 3 additional contacts, storage for 20 photos/videos/documents, notifications and geolocation, extra identifiers (tattoo, chip, clips), special offers and gifts, free installation, and 1 medallion replacement per year*.
  • King of Animals (11.65€/month, -17% off 13.99€, 28.08€/year savings): The ultimate package includes everything from "Loyal Companion," plus unlimited contacts, unlimited photo/video/document storage, exclusive access to promotions, a 24/7 AI veterinary assistant, an AI pet behaviorist and trainer, care reminder alerts, SMS notifications, unlimited weight log, full health record, and 1 medallion replacement per year*.

  • Your contact details are only accessible after scanning the medallion, solely to the person who found your pet
  • You can choose which information is visible and which remains hidden (with an unmasking option)
  • Our servers are secure and GDPR-compliant
  • No data is sold to third parties
  • Anti-abuse system prevents repeated malicious scans
Additionally, our notification system lets you know exactly when and where your medallion was scanned, giving you full control over your data usage.
What exactly happens when someone scans the medallion?
When someone scans your pet’s QR medallion:
  1. A webpage opens instantly on their smartphone (no app required)
  2. This page displays your pet’s photo, your contact details, and any key information you’ve provided (allergies, behavior, etc.)
  3. The person can contact you directly using the displayed details (phone, email)
  4. You simultaneously receive a notification with:
    • The exact time of the scan
    • The precise GPS location
    • An interactive map to guide you there
With Premium packages, you can also receive SMS alerts and have multiple emergency contacts notified at once, maximizing your chances of quickly recovering your pet.
Are there any hidden fees or renewal costs?
No, our pricing policy is fully transparent:
  • Loyal Package: One-time payment of 25.95€, no additional fees or renewals. Your information remains accessible for life.
  • Premium Packages: Monthly subscription (4.99€ or 11.65€) or annual with a discounted rate. You can cancel anytime, and the system notifies you before each renewal.
There are no extra charges for using the service, even with multiple scans. All prices are inclusive of VAT and cover access to our web platform and notifications. If you cancel a Premium subscription, you retain the basic Loyal Package features forever at no additional cost.
How long does it take to receive my medallion after ordering?
We know your pet’s safety is a priority, so we process orders quickly:
  • Order preparation: 1-2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 2-4 business days (UK)
  • Express delivery: 24-48 hours (option available at checkout)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can create your pet’s profile and set up your account even before the physical medallion arrives, so you’re ready to go as soon as it’s delivered. Free shipping is offered on orders over 30€ and for annual Premium subscriptions.
Can I use the same medallion for multiple pets?
Each QR medallion is linked to a unique pet profile for safety and efficiency reasons. One medallion per pet is required because:
  • Each pet has specific details (age, breed, medical needs)
  • Pets can get lost separately
  • Geolocation needs to be precise and individual
However, we offer discounts for multi-pet owners:
  • -10% on the purchase of 2 medallions
  • -15% on the purchase of 3 or more medallions
Plus, with our Premium packages, you can easily manage multiple pet profiles from a single account, simplifying medallion administration.
